The host/owner was very helpful in all aspects, she would run with you to get to the bus to my school, she was even ready to hand in some coins for the bus. Also they were insightful if you want to explore Hangzhou in terms of transportation option so you can enjoy sight seeings. During free time, they would share thoughts about the place, the people and your experiences. During my last few days, they also helped me to book a train ticket going to Xiamen for my next destination. The secret of a genuine service is the heart and the willingness to help others and for me they were very much willing to help in all aspects. Special thanks to Jason for picking me up from the airport and assisted me to go subway for my next trip. If I'll go back to Hangzhou, I will definitely stay at Hangzhou Citynest Music B&B again just give me more discounts, just joking. Thank you and more powers!

The owner of the hotel (Jason) is very kind, helpful, and polite. He really went out of his way to make sure the trip was special. The hotel itself was comfortable and cozy, in a good location that is close to major tourist attractions, but still a peaceful and relaxing place. The Lingyinsi temple is 10 minutes walk away, and West Lake is also a short taxi ride away (or if you like walking you can walk there in 50-60 minutes, partly along the ancient pilgrim path). The food at the hotel was served beautifullly and the taste was very good. I am vegetarian and this was no problem for Jason, who made sure dietary preferences were catered for. The room was clean and had a good selection of amenities, and also very warm even in the January snow. I would definitely return to this hotel, and also plan to look for the owner's other hotels in China.

A Perfect Home Away From Home with an Exceptional Host! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcome and at ease. The property is even more charming in person – impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it a true “home away from home”. What truly made the experience special, however, was the host. Her warmth and generosity is unparalleled. She offered fantastic local recommendations and were always available if needed, while also giving me complete privacy. It felt less like staying in a rental and more like visiting the home of a thoughtful friend. Thank you, for your incredible hospitality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This homestay has beautiful scenery, close to Su Causeway and only 100 meters away from the tea mountain. It was raining in the morning, and it was cool. The clouds and mist in the distance create a misty atmosphere of Jiangnan. This B&B has its own unique breakfast, which makes you feel the local culture and customs. The coffee/black tea is great, I highly recommend it

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food in restaurant was great. Our dogs were very welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The balcony was exactly what we needed to enjoy cards and a drink in the evenings.

    This is a very nice boutique hotel in the west lake area. The hotel itself and rooms are tastefully decorated. It's 5 mins walk to Linyin Temple and Linyin bus terminal. Lots of eateries around the area. Highly recommended if you want to experience a stay offered by locals.

    Fantastic homestay-style hotel in the heart of an authentically local area, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and the odd bar. A real step away from the commercial districts of Hangzhou and very handily placed for the sights around West Lake. Amazing and welcoming hosts who spoke reasonable English and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Decent WiFi, cute rooms! If you want luxury and mod cons, try somewhere else. If you want a home away home in a great (and absolutely safe) area, come here.
