Even though I stayed here only one night , I like it here . The location is 2 -3 blocks from the main square and 1 block to the bus station. It was clean and this place has a nice smell. The bed was comfy and spacious. There is one lamp in each bed . The toilet is spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and lemonade all day. Perfecto.

Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

Amazing owners! The the owners are a couple who also lives in the building. They were extremely helpful and kind, and made our stay in Jardin perfect. When we arrived, they asked us what we wanted to do in Jardin and called people they knew to fix transportation etc for us. We ended up with a very cheap private tour for the waterfalls and coffee finca. This hostel is worth so much more than the price! It seems like the owners run this hostel because they love it and not to earn anything. Breakfast was also delicious!

John went above and beyond for us. He helped us sort out whatever we need be it a tour or bus. He also translated the entirety of our honey tour for us because the English speaking staff member was off that day. Such a lovely person and wonderful hostel to stay at. Very close to the centre and has everything you need i.e. kitchen, towels, good wifi etc.

Very spacious and clean room and above all great price-quality. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Location is good, walkable distance from the city center. Calm and safe neighborhood. We had a great stay!

Had such a wonderful stay here. It's truly a family hotel, and they take you under their wing for your stay. I got a room upgrade for no extra cost, laundry service included, and so much breakfast I didn't need to eat lunch until mid afternoon! They're always happy to help with any queries, they really look after you. It's spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Right in the centre of the plaza! Drinks overlooking the plaza was a highlight of our trip. The room is huge! And absolutely gorgeous! Such great value for money. Hosts were super responsive and helpful.
