The room was very large and clean with great views. The beds were very comfortable. The property was well-maintained and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very quiet and serene. The pool was lovely and very clean. The beach was nearby. It is not good for swimming as the waves are too rough but it's nice to go in and get some salt water and jump the waves. There are many birds in the area. The macaws flew over the property quite often. Carlos was very kind and helpful. There is a little bar where you can get a glass of wine or a bottle of beer but that is the extent of it. The owner has put a lot of his heart and soul into this property and it shows. There are displays where you can learn about his background and there are little model ski gondolas which go up and down and track and are fun to watch. There is beautiful lighting in the gardens at night. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Tio and Tia were such a warm and hospitable couple… Super friendly with small chats and they knew to give you some space. The pool was immaculate and a great reprieve from the blistering sun. Our rooms were basic and clean, and the shared toilets/ showers were clean and never a queue. We would definitely come back here any time in this area.

Very clean with lots of space to cook own food. The host was very nice. They only spoke Spanish, but we could communicate with Google translate. The property is a little out of the main area, 15 min walk to a large supermarket and 15 mins to the beach

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It's far from the road and noise from the town with breathtaking views of the jungle just a few steps from the house. While having my morning coffee, I've seen countless Blue Morpho butterflies flying around - priceless! The big terrace has a few sections (pool, table with chairs in front of the house, and another table with chairs, rocking chair and bench on the other side of the terrace, so everybody can have their own private corner to realx). It's incredibly peaceful - perfect for relaxing and dettaching from all the worries. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more than you can wish for and extremely clean. Rooms are really nice, cozy and clean and they all have balconies. This place is simply a paradise.

Patricia, was a great host! Her aura and energy is so beautiful. The place was very clean and her instructions were on point. I happen to reach th stay around 11PM but managed to follow her instructions to find the keys and wifi password swiftly. Amazing experience with a warm and friendly host. This place has bountiful energy and incredible nature. During my stay I saw toucan, hummingbirds, etc. The guesthouse is clean and the kitchen is fully stacked. One of my favourite stays in Costa Rica and all the more better because Janet was an awesome host.
