The accommodation is located near the city center (restaurants, shops), and the hostess was very kind. A spacious room and a private bathroom were well set and clean for our use. In resume, all the comfort we needed during our bike trip around the Black Forest!

We had a wonderful stay at Sternen! It’s a beautifully renovated, family-run hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. Arriving by car was easy—there are several parking spots right in front of the hotel, and a larger parking area just a couple of minutes away. The owners, Aleksandra and Michael, are the best hosts we’ve ever met. They were incredibly attentive and made us feel completely at home. Each morning, they prepare a delicious breakfast, and in the evening (upon request), they serve amazing dinners. If you’re heading out for a hike, they’ll provide snacks and sandwiches. The village where the hotel is located is peaceful and quiet, and the surrounding area is full of beautiful hiking trails. At night, you can lie back and gaze at a sky full of stars. Our room was lovely, a good size and the facilities were great. We felt very welcomed straightaway and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked a gorgeous view and we enjoyed some drinks on our little terrace area. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the evening and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. We slept very well! The shower was hot and powerful. The next morning at breakfast we were greeted warmly and the breakfast was amazing. So much food was provided and it was all delicious. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel extremely welcome. I had emailed requesting some gluten free dining options and the option for secure parking for motorbikes, both of which exceeded my expectations. Hotel is set in a beautiful location and the staff and facilities were exceptional. The building has a traditional feel with spotlessly clean and modern facilities. The hotel owner was extremely friendly and sociable with everyone that was there for dinner. Food was excellent for both dinner and breakfast and dining staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no garage as such but there was space for us to park our motorbikes securely in a secure building just across the road from the hotel. Its a Gem of a hotel that I would love to go back again in the near future.

- Bright and airy room - Located close to bakery, supermarket, shops, and restaurants - Use of kitchen area with kettle, coffee maker, sink, fridge, and microwave - Comfortable bed - Good, modern decor - Very clean - Large windows - Garage available to store bicycles (not locked, but with CCTV) - Fast, reliable Wi-Fi - Easy check in process, although done via phone. (We did book the room 45mins before we arrived.)

Arrived late after a long day of hiking in rain from Titisee so the kitchen was closed but the owner was very friendly af offered us cheese, fruit ond bread without extra charge. On top of that he prepared the sauna (also for free) at he could see we were cold an tired. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall we can highly recommend this hotel
