Best location in Bamberg. Excellent breskfast. We got a solid big room and toilette. Very good price especially in Christmass markt time. Yes if you have heavy luggage be ready to take it one floor over narrow stairs and the rooms could have newer furniture (but the furniture is no way critically old) , but that is minor compared to positives. I booked here because Nuernberg was too expensive in Christmass-time, but it ended uncomparably better than anything I could imagine in Nuerberg. After 22h it was also quiet.

The property is very cozy and the interiors of the old building have been restored really nicely. The location of the property is very good, hidden in the small streets of Bamberg, only a short few minutes walk away from the old city centre and plenty of nice things to see and many restaurants and bars to visit. In the small (shared) kitchen on the ground floor the guests have the possibility to prepare breakfast, coffee etc. for themselves.

I had booked a single room with seperate bathroom. The room was clean and had a balcony with view to the river. The hotel itself is right next to the walk/cycle path along the river, to the old city. Its a really beautiful location with parks nearby. Good parking facility. Overall, good value for money

Very nice rooms. Maybe a bit dusty under the beds but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Parking space behind the hotel which was very nice. Big and nice breakfast.
