We spend one day in this property and the owner Varela was very nice, professional and very friendly. Apartment is located close to the city center. It is modern design, clean and pleasant place. We have two separate bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom was clean with the towels and shower gels. Excellent choice and we really enjoyed.

Cheap, convenient, comfortable and most importantly clean apartment.Bathroom shared with one other room. Also has kitchen facilities. It fitted in as our second overnight rest stop, with our trip to the UK from Italy. Re-booked for our return journey. Cheapest we've found

The house is located in front of the main railway station. It saved me much time. In some minutes after arrival to Kalrsruhe, I was in the flat, could leave my luggage and go for a walk. The transport connection is perfect, S-bahn and tram stops are also before the house. The flat is clean and well equipped. I also liked the bed quality, very comfortable for sleeping.
