We stayed in the Eco Lodge away from the main hotel. Room was cozy, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The view was spectacular !!!!! Amazing location right on the lake with the trail starting right at the door step. Service was outstanding. Wish we were staying more than 2 nights.

Our last minute trip required something with late check in. The check in process was rather easy, but required some rummaging through email and waiting for the door code took some time. Thanks to the hosts quick reaction after contacting her on Whatsapp, it was all sorted quickly. The place itself was clean, quiet and I can't really think of anything major to complain about. The room was bigger than we expected. Well equipped kitchen, paid coffee machine and washing machine, everything one might need for a last minute stay on a budget!

Big and clean rooms, plenty of parking and very nice staff. We went with a family (2 kids) and it was nice to have separate rooms for adults and children. The staff were nice too, a good stop-over on the way to the Neuschwanstein Castle!

The hotel is great for families. You have lots of stuff to do around with your kids. The staff was also pretty friendly. The proximity of the swimming pool makes it even better.
