it was a modest hotel, but with all everyday basics. The room was clean when I checked in, I didn’t ask for cleaning, because I was staying only for three days. I had enough clean towels and soap for these days. The location was really good, you can find three fascinating beaches nearby, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

We liked everything! The people are so kind and nice here. We arrived sooner and also had a late flight and they let us store our luggage, which was super helpful. Fantastic location - The hotel is next to the beach and right across the street from a great place where you can eat&drink all day. Big clean room and bathroom. White linens and bed sheets. There is a bar at the reception where you can enjoy drinks for good prices. Beach stuff available for free.

Pablo and the rest of the stuff were very nice and friendly! They made the stay very enjoyable. It was also very comfortable to stay and the breakfast was very nice for the price.

Fantastic location right in old town Palma. Hostal Pons has charm and character, the staff were wonderful and set us up in beautiful rooms, doing everything they could to grant our special request. The self-check in was easy and I had a little problem with the card payment, but I called staff who handled that immediately and were very kind and understanding. The room was clean with a nice view and the beds were comfortable.

Nearby are lots of restaurant and a market. The room was clean and Giorgia was friendly. She offered us free drinks in the fridge, storage room to place our luggage before and after check in and out. Free amenities like toothbrush, soap etc. Free wifi, netflix and prime to watch. She was very accomodating and it was easy to communicate with hee.
