As advertised, clean , simple and clearly well maintained. Delicious and lots of food. Authentic , local experience. Excellent beach and snorkelling. Charming and engaging host who made the stay memorable. 24/7 electricity.

There are three more private cabins and dorm, all right on beach. Facilities are basic, what you would expect on remote island but lice (not sure of spelling but pronounced lee-they I think)and Jo do allot of little things like solar phone chargers, solar lights at night. I was treated like family. Nice experience at TAVEN homestay in a beautiful village, in the middle of nature, different from the resort experience. You get to visit the village, the church, interact with the locals. Salone will tell you stories and cook nice food, give you fruits from her garden. The garden is full of flowers and right on sea side. I did a wonderful hike up the hills and to another part of the island, and then vame back on the beach during low tide.

Seru and his family was the most amazing hosts and made our stay everything we wished for! Amazing surroundings, amazing people, nice food - shout out to Emily for the food! I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend and the family helped making it something special. I will always remember Wai Makare and the lovely family. It is not luxury, but the amazing relaxed island lifestyle and the family that makes this stay special!

A beautiful, quiet cove with a fantastic beach. Beautiful coral and sea life to see when snorkelling. The staff are extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly. The variety of food cooked for us was delicious and plentiful. Staying at Ravita Cove is experiencing the real Fiji, no frills.

It was an amazing experience for our family! The location and the beach and bay are simply stunning. The village people are very welcoming and super nice. Lots of „Bula!“ wherever you see someone. The kids a curious and happy to show you around. The water is superb for swimming and playing around in. We loved the different dog characters hanging out at the beach - all very friendly. You pay your „entrance“ fee and that‘s it, you are guests of the community instead of feeling like customers - the concept works really well and seems fair for everyone. It is simple, as that‘s what village life in the Yasawas is, but if you‘re somewhat open minded and up for trading some less comfort for having a unique and closer-to-authentic experience then this is for you. The hike up to the ridgeline in the early morning was fantastic. Amazing views and some village children and dogs as good company. We just loved it!
