A perfect location for my family visit to the area with handy private parking on site. A lovely room - warm, spacious and clean and so useful to have the fridge, microwave and tableware, and Tesco just next door! I highly recommend a stay here and will be back :)

Few minutes walk from the train station. The train will take you to the center of Aberdeen. The room and the house is clean and well equiped, if not brand new. The facilities in common use are good, always avaiable. You might not think much of breakfast, but only until you try elswhere. There are crunchies, milk, chocholate bars. Breakfast in the room, no dinning area. Wery helpful and discrete owner. There is free parking place.

A very well presented property, scrupulously clean, and our host (the owner) looked after us as if we were family. Well located, about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast facilities were excellent, and there is a pub within 5 minutes walk which serves excellent food and drinks. The tartan carpet at the property is a nice touch. Parking adjacent to the property was fine. I would come back here without hesitation if I am ever back in Aberdeen. a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
