As soon as I came in I could see how clean and tidy the room was. Gary was spectacular throughout the whole stay, he replied to my messages promptly and he was often asking if we needed anything. It was a stress free experience which I definitely recommend.

We stayed for one night and it was fantastic. The room was a good size, the bed was lovely and comfortable. The location was great, you can walk into Keswick. The breakfast was fab! The breakfast room was calm and relaxing with great coffee!

Well maintained property with onsite parking and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Our room was bright and freshly decorated with a very comfortable bed, quality linen and towels and a nice tray with teapot, coffee etc. Modern shower room with new tiles and fittings. A sitting room was available on the ground floor. An excellent breakfast selection including our Full Lakeland and Eggs Benedict was provided by our very friendly hosts.

Breakfast excellent. Full English with locally sourced products, plus home made bread and marmalade. Room very clean, warm, comfortable with good en-suite bathroom (with great shower over the bath.) We look forward to returning in the future.
