- Chris is a naturally gifted host. Gives great advice about the area, is very calm and really makes you feel right at home. Cat "Patch" is an adorable and very gentle sidekick. - Lots of information of the city and surroundings available in the room and common area. - The whole place was super-hyper-clean. - Bed was super comfortable and smelled really good, as did the towels. - Chris hands out a long list of breakfast options every day to choose from. Preparation and presentation was excellent and really something to look forward to. - Attention to detail, available toiletries and some drinks & chocolates, yum!

The room was freshly redecorated and the bathroom was lovely. Although not overly large, there was space under the beds to accommodate suitcases and two comfortable chairs with a table so you didn’t have to rely on the bed as a seating place. There were wine glasses provided and chocolates. Our host Joy greeted us on arrival and took us through everything we needed to know including recommendations for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking facilities for guests

The location is a little bit away from the centre, but it's in a clean & quiet area and just a 15-minute walk to the town centre. There is also a bus route to the centre a few minutes walk away. Wayne kindly upgraded my room, so that I could be in the same building as (and right next door to) my friend. That was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. An extra blanket was provided within about 15 minutes of asking, so that was great service too.
