We booked this very last minute as we were visiting a friend in St Annes for new years eve. The location was perfect for this. Also perfect that it is dog friendly, it was also a very short walk to the huge beach for a dog walk. The B&B entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a very warm welcome, also by the staff. The breakfast/lounge area was also very comfy and beautiful. Breakfast itself was also very tasty and we liked that you could get two courses for example a fruit platter then a cooked breakfast. We had two single rooms as we booked last minute. Both were comfortable with a good bed and shower.

Great place, loved the ambiance, cleanliness, breakfast every thing was brilliant. Hats off to the owner an amicable, friendly hostess that even made banana and walnut cake for all the guests. Just an amazing place. Very impressed and it takes a lot to impress me! Look forward to our next visit.

Everything! What a wonderful place to stay in Blackpool! We thought that everything was wonderful, they even supplied a thermos of real milk for tea when I asked! Great facilities and very clean! Our view from the top floor was wonderful and the tram stop was about 100 yards away. Very quiet and very well appointed room! Sad that the dinner restaurant wasn't serving, because the breakfast was outstanding!
