Our stay at Erlinda's place was exceptional, the place was clean and tidy, very lovely furnished and well equipped. Erlinda was very responsive and when we needed some extra crockery she dropped it round withing minutes. The separate entrance made the space feel nicely separated from the main house and is was very quiet. The pictures on the ad don't do it justice, much more light and spacious than anticipated. All in all, perfect for our purpose visiting the area for some academic event.

I liked that the property was easy to get to we are travelling around UK using trains and buses. The bus stops right outside it’s only 15 minutes into centre of Oxford. Property was clean with new carpet. Bonus was a fan in the room ti help combat the heat the UK is having at present. We didn’t have breakfast their as plenty of options in town The host was very pleasant to deal with and gave us a map of attractions.

Location was superb as the bus stop into the centre was very close which just took a few minutes. Hosts couldn’t do enough and made us feel very welcome and parking was great! We will definitely return!

It's a really nice and sweet guest house. The stuff is kind and helpful. The room was tidy, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is really good. The city centre is just 10 minutes away by bus. I enjoyed my time here. I will come back with my family next year.

    The whole stay was pleasant, the host family is very welcoming, with insightful conversations, tried to help with any problem, rooms were clean and spacious.     A fantastically warm welcome awaited me on arrival from Erlinda. Nothing was to much trouble for the host, all just perfect. The apartment had every conceivable facility, good kitchen, nice shower room, comfortable lounge and comfy bed. My stay was quiet, comfortable and I highly recommended the place, its a real find. Also, just a five minute walk from local shops, a friendly locals pub and local stadiums, it's all good. I'd definitely stay again if visiting the area.
