Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything you could ask for: aircon, fridge, coffee, tea, plates, cutlery and a kettle. Outside the room was an outdoor kitchen and table where we enjoyed some meals with the most beautiful view of the mountains. While the hosts were always available to help us, they also really respected our privacy. Honestly, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay!! If we could have, we would’ve stayed longer!
