Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Pleasant accommodation in large room with small private bathroom inside, well heated; at disposal a kitchen very well equipped. All in a beautiful context, very clean and tidy, there is also a large panoramic terrace. The host is really welcoming and thoughtful, available for any information and need. Loved this place. Very clean, comfortable beds, hot water, well equipped and clean kitchen. Super sweet and welcoming host. And a wonderful little garden with views of the valley/forest. Very quiet and chilled. Great value for money, absolutely loved it. Would come back again!

This might be my favorite guest house stay in Georgia. Temo and Nino were very hospitable and friendly, we communicated primarily in Russian. I was a solo female traveller and felt very comfortable, I was able to socialize with the hosts and other guests in the garden and also have private time. I personally loved that this house was away from the central part of Borjomi, I thought the central part was very touristy. Everything was very walkable, central part to the right, bridge essentially straight out, and park to the left. My favorite part was the park which was also in walking distance—gorgeous. I got to taste the homemade wine which was oh so delightful. They also assisted in directing me to a marshrutka that left to Kutaisi at the end of my stay. Would recommend and would stay again!
