Nice place to stay: spotless clean rooms, good price, 3 minutes to metro station and 15 min to the airport by car. We need to stay just for one night not far from the airport because of the really early flight. But we were completely fascinated with amazing owners of this place. The hotel is eco friendly: there are a lot of sustainable solutions being used. The house was built by the owner 10 years ago with energy conservation, water and electricity saving technologies. And it was so interesting to learn about it from the owner's story. The family that runs the house really cares about the future. Hope to stay here again. Thank you Inna & Rosik

My stay was unforgettable! The hotel felt very cozy and homey, the staff was really great and friendly with TOP LEVEL hospitality! The place is located right in the heart of Tbilisi with a miraculous view of the city😍 The breakfasts were personally cooked by the owner, which made it feel like home, and they were very delicious and served well! I spent a couple of days in this accomodation and I was just delighted! I can say that if we look at quality per price relationship, this hotel was the best one I stayed in. The owner was really nice, and he speaks perfectly russian. He drove me from the airport to the hotel, even tho my flight came late. For breakfast, each day it was different and really variated. I am a big men (1.90m, 100kg) and the breakfast was that big that I couldn't finish it completly. Just 100/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful city.

Location, cleanliness, flexibility of host, quietness. This place is right on Liberty square and a good base for exploring Tbilisi. Also close to the airport bus stop, although a taxi service also available by host. The room was large, clean with a balcony and Aircon. Really good kitchen facilities. Highly reccomend

Very clean and comfortable room with a nice little attached private bathroom. The owner and his sweet family live there and were exceptionally nice and helpful. They made me feel absolutely at home which is much needed for a solo female traveler. The location is absolutely great with most popular tourist attractions at a walkable distance. Very close to the metro station, making the commute to different parts of the city a breeze.

Nice place with amazing view! The house is on the hill, so you have to like to walk, but believe me-the view is worth it. Location is in heart of Old Tbilisi. Close to the restaurants, markets. We were late for the bus, and the host allowed us to stay for another 2 hours :). She is reallly nice! Bring food for homeless cats :) because there are many nice cats. If you like animals, you will be happy. If we will back to Tbilisi- only to this house! :)
