The location was good walking distance from the port and walking distance to the centre. The owner stayed on the property and response time was fast. When I stepped out of my room I had a large verandah and I was looking at the sea and there was no adjacent houses to block my view.

The property is in a great location nearby the town and the port, also great that is is right by the ocean. The staff are great and will assist you with tours, scooter, recommendations, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Karimunjawa!

We felt really good at Rifals's place, he is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great if you like it quiet, and the sea is only meters away! It s a good base to explore the island with scooter. We would have loved to stay longer there! Thanks for all!

    Couldn’t recommend this homestay enough, the people are so friendly and help with everything, from renting and showing you how to ride a scooter to booking you the ferry back. The view is amazing and breakfast was great👍
