The owner and his wife were extremely nice and kind people. The room was simple but clean and it had the perfect view over the Moni village. Couple of rare restaurants were in close proximity. Breakfast was superb and big. We got fresh fruits everyday. There was even a hot shower in the bathroom. I recommend 100%

We loved our stay. The room is big also the bathroom. Good quality price. The owner also find us a driver to pick at the aeroport that at the end drive us in all our trip in Flores. Very good.

Excellent property with the greatest value for money. The owner is one awesome human being who cares about the community he lives in and is very friendly. The place is small but beautiful, looks very naturally set in the environment. Breakfast is great with little choice but quality ingredients. Fruit plate was amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Mahoni. We feel so welcome, great breakfast included and dinner at the restaurant next door was great. Our hosts organised a private car to kelimutu for 250k return and also our travel to Riung was organised. Sampai Jumpa Lagi.

The kindest and most welcoming hosts, set in the beautiful location of Moni. Hans, Emelda & family really made us feel like we were at home - from inviting us to their Son’s celebration one evening, tending to our injuries after we took a fall, arranging buses for us, and organising for their Nephew Anton to show us around his village. We fully recommend if you want a homestay that make you feel like part of their family!

Augustina and Tam have been great hosts!!!They helped us with transport in the area and they organise our entire trip back to Labuan Bajo,providing us a driver for a fair price.Tam took us to Kelimutu and Koka beach.We had dinner two days in a row...the food is delicious!!!She made two different menu for us and everything was so good...the room are very spacious and very very clean.Hot shower.Mosquito net.The view is incredible....go here you won't regret it if you want a very authentic homestay...thank you so much again!!!

    Tam and Augustine are very good hosts, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Exceptional traditional Indonesian dinner by Augustine was a feast and tasty breakfast. Spacious clean room and bathroom with hot shower. Tam helped organise ongoing transport for us and scooter hire. Lovely garden and view of valley and mountains. Quiet and peaceful place. Thanks for having us stay 🙂

    Basic accommodation as we expected and excellent value for money. Clean rooms. Very nice host. We and our kids loved the place, and enjoyed singing Karaoke with our guide and the host family. A good starting point to visit the Kelimutu lakes.

    Lopez was a gem!!! Really loved hearing all his tales of an Indonesian life well lived and exploring the river and waterfalls with him. This is a wonderful down to earth homestay where you can share dinner with the host and other guests, hear the pigs squeeling for their supper and watch the gardens being tended. We also rented motorbikes thru the homestay.

    I had a really great time at Rango’s homestay, the personal is really nice and they help you with everything you need. You have the option to join for dinner and it was really good food. It is a bit further from Moni but the guys bring you to the village when you need it.

    Beautiful homestay in the jungle near Mount Kelimutu. Lopes is a great host who knows a lot to tell about Flores and its people during the delicious dinner. We can highly recommend!
