Truly unique place to stay. It's a bit outside of LBJ, so you need a scooter. We stayed for one night, mostly because of the food and we weren't disappointed. If you stay here book half-board. The dinner was the highlight of our whole trip (I still dream of that smoked chicken). Also the staff is so nice, we would stay again. Bathrooms are shared but very clean.

Property was in a more quiet area of Labuan Bajo, but still just a 10min ride from the central. They also had good books to read. Breakfast was simple and tasty. They also have a scooter you cant rent for a good price.

We stayed in a double room next to the pool. New hotel with all the necessary amenities. A great pool and delicious coffee! The staff were very helpful, they helped us booking a motorbike and even took care of my girlfriend, who had a minor accident on her way back to the hotel on a dark street.

Pieter is an amazing host. He organised a local bus to Ruteng, found us another room when we wanted to extend, and made it possible for us to get in the room after we arrived way to late because our bus got stuck in the mud. The room has everything you need, including towels, soap, and AC. The breakfast is good, including fruits and pancakes.

All the family is very welcoming from the smallest ones to Ignasius and his wife. We had an excellent stay with them, apart from the room we booked a trip to Komodo, a motorbike and also we did some laundries at very fair price so he is really really helpful. We had the luck that they let us use the kitchen as well. Don’t hesitate to go there if you go to Labuan Bajo, with motorbike is only 10min to the city center and the road is in perfect conditions.

    I enjoyed the serene atmosphere that the home stay has. The staff is super friendly and collaborative. They helped us in every moment we asked for assistance. They were kind, clear and had special attention for our way of travelling. We are a family of backpackers. Many trips in SEA and we were lucky to find this homestay Breakfast is good in a very nice location. Excellent value for money Respect for this old school homestay!

    This homestay and family is fantastic! So absolutely lovely! We loved every second staying here. Mama Re and the family made us feel at home and part of the Family! Note: Know that this place is outside town. We loved that… but be sure before you book! And this a homestay not a hostel. So behave, no loud music and be quiet after 10pm … behave for the host family and the other guests. Just saying…… Enjoy this lovely homestay!
