We had a really lovely stay here. The Homestay is located in the village so you get to experience the everyday live of the local community. The owner is very kind, knowledgeble and explains everything you want to know about the culture. Highly recommend.

Omg what a place! The cosiest bungalow right by the beach, like literally by the beach, so lovely and homely. On one side you have the sea view, on the other the palm grove. Check out the colours of the sea and the sky during golden hour. Great value for money and Toni takes such good care of you. Slept with the consistent swell of the waves in the background.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Jelenga is a beautiful quiet little village with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. The rooms were very big, with comfortable beds. The pool was always clean and the WiFi was spotless. Our favorite part however was Ian, who went above and beyond to help us scooter-less tourists plan our route and even organized a transport to the next bus station from where we left. Thank you Ian, we will bother you again in the future. :)
