Bridie’s place is amazing!!! We had a splendid time staying the weekend. The place is super cozy with a great view of the ocean, complete with a fire place that’s perfect to warm up in after a cold day exploring. Bridie is amazing and super accommodating!

Rustic farmhouse setting with charm and a down-home feeling. Michael was the consummate host. Very personable and warm. Also cooks up a great breakfast. You’re 5 minutes from the town of Clifden with lots of dining options and shops. We enjoyed Guy’s Pub. If we find ourselves this way again, we’ll return. We loved the host’s Border Collies, Lily and Rosie!

Kathleen and Michael were very kind and welcoming and did everything they could to ensure that we felt at home. The property is beautiful and only a 10 minute bike scenic bike ride from Clifden. Our room was very clean, cozy and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay at Faul House and would book a room here again in a heartbeat on my next trip through Clifden.

The beautiful Cloonan House is tastefully furnished with a cosy atmosphere. An ideal place for reading and writing. In the morning I woke up by the sound of waves lapping the shore. When the sun was high in the sky, I had a run along The Sky Road while marvelling at the beauty of the Atlantic Sea and the spectacular mountains. Catriona was thoughtful and attentive. She made sure that I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay in her house. A very lovely hostess.
