The property is just 5 minutes walking from the Bogmallo beach. Nicely maintained. The highlight of this property is the host, they are very nice and caring. They will make sure you don’t face any issue in your trip. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location at the wide uncrowded beach. Perfect staff. Cleen rooms. Restaurant and bar at the building is little overpriced, but they have 20% discount for food and 30% for alcohol for all guests.. Food is excelent. Rich breakfest.

We had an amazing stay in a peaceful property. the property had a balcony, upperfloor bedroom, lots of space and swimming pool.

This place is so ambient, I’ll definitely recommend this place if ur looking for a stay in south goa. the host lionel won’t let u feel the slightest inconvenience.

The room was very nice! Both very clean and spacious. The bed was also super comfortable and the wifi was good. Also a big plus to the very nice host.

First of all, Mr. Rodriguez is a wonderful host with his smiling face and has helpfulness character. Ready to provide support in everything from A to Z. In summary, if you are looking for an angel on your holiday, he can give it to you. It is as if a benevolence angel sent to earth by God in his facility located opposite the church. Some may think I am exaggerating, but when you get to know him, you will realize what I mean, or even say a little. The same goes for his whole family, of course. Let's go to the facility. I am the general manager of a five star hotel. That's why I'm looking for smaller and even family-friendly facilities for my holidays, and I prefer to stay in them. As for the facility, I can say that those who prefer silence and calmness will definitely love it, with comfortable large rooms and a pleasant garden, about 10 minutes away from the beach. Don't let the distance scare you, the road is covered with greenery and coconut trees. enjoys walking. The end of the road is the sea. You can walk comfortably even at night. You can come here by taxi from the airport, or by buses from Vasco but you can use bus stop located outside of the airport and get off in front of the church. Opposite the church is already the home of the Rodrigues family. Returning to the rooms, there is a large bedroom, a refrigerator, a large two-door wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, which is relatively small for a hotel but will definitely work. Briefly, If you want to spend a few days in peace, without a doubt, this is the place you would most like to come.

Amazing hospitality! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and communicative. Our stay was fantastic, Menezes house is the best of both worlds. The privacy of a hotel or Airbnb, but the cozy feeling of a homestay. The house is a duplex, so you have your own entryway and living room area as well. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a locking closet you can use for storage! Overall a 10/10 stay. Will be back again.
