It was very satisfying. Me and my family had an amazing time,sitting at the deck and overlooking the river. The room we had was also looking over the river bank and it was stunning. the service was Excellent. The meals were given at the right time. And there were no hurdles at all. So in an overall experience it was a smooth stay.

Mr Rajkumar is an excellent host, very helpful, with excellent communications. He took extra pains to make sure the stay was comfortable. It helps that he is great person to have a chat with, cant wait to hear stories of his adventures from all over the world. The flat is very close to Mavoor Road, in central Calicut.

Wonderful view from the room towards beach. Staff are friendly and welcoming . Restaurant food was tasty even if it takes some time for preparation. A great place for couples to have a private stay.
