Beautiful big new house, very friendly hosts, Mr. Ganesh picked me up with his car from train station and brought me to bus station for free, he bought me a medicine as a gift when I caught a cold. Nice design, comfortable, big bathroom with bathtub, strong AC, very clean and quiet. Nice green peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from city center.

I was little hesitant to book since it was a new listing, I gave a try. But it was absolutely a right choice. The room was clean and beautiful. It has a beautiful peacock point view from top floor balcony. The owner sabyath is very sweet and very helpful. He helped me to book autos and also dropped me in his own vehicle. Also I got to know , they are hosting from 5 years, their property was the top rated homestay in Udupi, and their listing with 50+ reviews in booking.com got deleted. But anyways, I loved my stay and definitely I will come back here in the future. Go for it

The people where lovely ! Welcoming , informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble l.The food was great, tasty and fresh, I particularly liked the fish and fruit salads.The room was nice and big, comfortable and clean. The homestay itself is in a beautiful spot on the water with a nice plunge pool outside each room. It was quiet and peaceful with only the sound of birds and the occasional fisherman floating by. Highly recommend.

The place is directly on the beach. The owner and people around are exceptionally warm and caring. I felt safe and taken care of every second of the stay. But the place is yet to be discovered for tourism, if you are booking the place you should be sure that you are comfortable being in the genuine Indian atmosphere, among local people, with the local nature and sometimes rough attitude to it in terms of rubbish. But if this is exactly what you are looking for - this place is the best to experience that. The house is provided with everything that a person needs on a trip. If anything was needed that was not in the house, the owner made sure that I had it. I highly recommend the place for unforgettable local experience of real life in an Indian village.

The property is in the middle of the village, peaceful, calm. It's beautiful homestay in malnad style, small doors, lush green etc.. The malnad cuisine morning breakfast was the best, need dose & avalakki was the best among them. Hospitality was again the best, manager santosh & others try to give you a homely feel. Overall it's amazing experience staying. We would like visit again in future.
