The owner of this property Mr Sadat is such a great help. Although I booked my room only a day prior to my visit, he somehow arranged rooms at his property for another 4 nights and also arranged all the tours and transfers for us on such short notice.

I am a solo woman traveler, and I would totally recommend this to other travelers! The location of the property is amazing, you could easily get to the main spots like Lal chowk or Dal lake by auto (5 minutes) or a walk (20-25 minutes). The room was cozy and comfortable with an electric blanket. There are restaurants (vegetarian too) around at a walkable distance. The homestay owner Faraz bhai is an extremely humble person, and he also helped me plan my onward travel, helping with cabs and stay bookings at other places. The home made kehwa is delicious, and overall the experience of staying in a traditional Kashmiri house was beautiful!

Excellent place to stay. Well located, close to air port and tourist attractions. The room was very comfortable, super clean and nice outlook over garden. Luxury ensuite. Sensational food, cooked by the family, traditional Kashmiri cusine. The host spoke excellent English and their hospitality was 10/10. Very much enjoyed conversation with the family who gave wonderful insite on Kashmiri culture and great advice and help on the best places to visit and shop. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this venue for a true Kashmiri experience.

The whole property was amazing and the hospitality was outstanding. Our host took care of everything and there was an essence of care and support on each step of our journey. Attention to details of the room was splendid and the owner had put his heart into his service and hospitality. A good, comfortable Mid range for our standards. We were very relaxed and comfortable, very clean, good-sized room. very satisfied. it has a Westerner style bathroom with enclosed shower . The team arranged arranged our trip smoothly. I informed the airport transfer on time the driver was ready to pick up us. and we visit gulmarg, phalgam sonamarg on reasonable price we had lovely stay and thanks for supporting and arranging the trip smoothly
