This hotel has an exceptional location if you are looking for lush nature up in the mountains. A Shangri-La. The mornings are magical waking up to the bird songs.. We stayed there for four nights. Could easily have doubled it. During the days there are several options for trekking around the whole Munnar area, though do plan in time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to be able to return.

Everything. People there are really nice. Location is great because out of the city. The view from the guest house on the forest is really nice. They also propose activities like trekking etc. Breakfast and evening food is great as well. I recommend it !

    We stayed in laya home stay for 3 nights. Accomodation was very good - clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Food is also  available here, it was tasty and  like home made food served timely manner. Care taker was very friendly and helping and make sure that guests are comfortable.overall the stay was very good and worth the price

    Comfortable room. There was hot water (only a bucket shower but this was not a problem for us). Staff were friendly. The homestay is well located for visiting Kolukkumalai peak and the owner was able to organise a jeep for us to visit at sunrise
