Ashok and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. My baggage got delayed in transit so I was concerned when arriving but immediately, Ashok made me feel comfortable, picking me up from the airport and helping me settle in at La Casa, in the wee hours. He makes a great coffee, and breakfast was a treat each morning. Ashok rang the airport for me and the bag was delivered, luckily, on day 2. The room was perfect for my needs and exceptionally clean. Ashok is a wise man, he had advice for every eventuality, and I felt safe and very happy there. Great introduction to the gorgeous people of India!

I had a truly beautiful experience staying at Coco Homestays. Subin and his wife were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to — they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Subin kindly shared with me some sacred local places to visit, which was very meaningful for me, as the purpose of my journey in India is to pay my respect to Hindu gods and devas. The location of the homestay is perfect — peaceful and very close to important temples and spiritual sites. They also recommended delicious traditional local food, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge after temple visits. I’m grateful for their warmth and hospitality — it truly added something special to my spiritual journey in India. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a soulful and comfortable place to stay

Our stay at Royal Residency was truly enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always available with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Their genuine care and attentiveness made a huge difference in our experience. One of the best ever staycation experiences of my life. As someone with OCD, I am a tough guest to satisfy when it comes to hygiene. However, never had to worry about it during the one-week stay at the place. We were regularly checked in on cleaning and assured that everything was in order. The host, Pavithra, was available for any inquiries and assistance from the start, and the warm welcome we received from her family was incredibly special (a special shoutout to her father, who was ready to help us in any way he could, even during off-hours). If I ever visit Trivandrum again, I won’t even bother looking for another place!

Lovely location just off main road, outside and inside is stunning (and spotless). Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is cheap and tasty and they offer clothes cleaning service for very cheap also. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

It is a beautiful home in a tranquil residential area. Wonderful Meenu and her husband were the most generous hosts - so kind and caring. It felt like being at home. It was easy to get an Uber out to eat, visit Trivandrum sights, or take day trips to Kovalam. I stayed 7 nights and was sad to leave! Thank you dear Meenu for taking such good care of me. It was a delight to get to know you!
