It was an authentic homestay experience.The place was right by the beach.The owner and his mother and brother were very friendly and the food is great including fish caught by the local fishermen. It is peaceful unlike other homestays which are located in crowded tourist places. If you are looking for somewhere just to unwind without much distraction and enjoy the serenity of the waves I recommend this homestay.

This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Aunty). They were very welcoming and friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We liked the location, hospitality and the proactiveness of the owner. We were given complimentary breakfast everyday and owner let us make tea and coffee in his own kitchen. It was private and a great stay. Would love to visit again.

Amazing stay! Staff and manager were super friendly and always available. The location was absolutely stunning. The beach is super clean, and the water was just perfect. It gives you a feeling like you're on your own private beach. The spot is well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and has a very traditional decor, which i loved! 10/10 would recommend!🩵

Sweetest people. Mr. Sunil came early in the morning and waited for an hour to pick us up from Thalayolaparambu. He also helped us rent a bike during our stay. His entire family, especially his wife were warm and welcoming. We looked forward to breakfast every morning as it was THE best! Mrs. Sunil is an amazing cook! This homestay is totally amazing! Good location, comfortable rooms. The host family is so kind, helpful and polite. They really care about their guests like we are the part of their family. I treasure the chance to stay here. It was a big choice of food for breakfast and they also could cook a dinner by ordering. The food was so delicious! Highly recommend this homestay!!!!

I had the best time relaxing here at Marari Babu :) so close to the beach to watch sunset each evening. Wonderful hosts who made me feel so at home. I ate breakfast and evening meal here both days and the homemade food is outstanding. The room was spacious and clean with good AC system. Highly recommend. I certainly hope to return in 2024.
