It is a beautiful villa in Ana Capri with only 4 rooms so it is very quaint with a very homey feeling. The villa is always locked so it is very safe & we have a key to the front door & our room. The hostess is very nice & helpful. There is a beautiful large terrace on the 2nd floor with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean where we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. There is a kitchen with dishes & coffee as well as bottled water that is provided. We can have a meal on the terrace since there are markets nearby to buy our provisions (& a refrigerator in the kitchen). It was a wonderful experience & we will definitely stay there in the future. Very clean & all was perfect.

Host Valentina was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. She gave us a helpful suggestions of places to visit and places to have dinner. All was great, the room was very comfortable. Valentina herself prepared and served us a very rich breakfast. There were toasts with cheese and sausages, meat dish, fruits, cruasanes and a homemade cakes. It felt like at an Italian family. Pity we stayed for just one night. Highly recommend this place.

The owner of the hotel was so nice to us. She picked us up, was very helpful with everything we needed and the response times were fast. In Capri you want to stay in a place which is easily accessible. You cannot get better location and value for money than with Fuorlovado 40 which is 5 minutes by foot from cable car and the main square. It is particularly conveniently located if you would like to visit Villa Jovis and Parco Astarita both with breath-taking views (you don’t want to miss that!), Arco Naturale or for Pizzolungo path. Even a tennis club is 5 minutes away as well as the best ice cream on the island at Buonocore. My room was super clean, quiet, and exactly as in pictures, and included refrigerator with water and other beverages that are replenished daily. I would particularly like to thank Antonio (Capri born and bred) who manages Fuorlovado, for his time and patience to explain the best and easiest way to see best of Capri, who genuinely cared that I had a great stay, was happy to book restaurants for me, and always with a smile! Thank you, Antonio and Fuorlovado, I hope to be back soon!
