Amazing host. He admitted us 3 hours prior to check-in, which we really appreciated. He was kind and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything else. The location is great - 3 min walk to via Etnea. The place is nicely decorated, smells good and has a nice balcony. There is a huge market on the street below, but the noise is not disturbing at all. You can thrift or buy fresh groceries from there.

I have to say it has several highlights. One of the best features is the hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it very comfortable. The staff was exceptional—they went out of their way to communicate with us and even stored our luggage on the day of departure, which was incredibly helpful. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice B&B with everyting you need. Very easy to get anywhere in Catania from here. When you go back, I'd recommend using a Lime scooter, because it's uphill when coming from the city centre.

This is a great hotel, located very close to the central area, and the houses are also very clean. The landlord was very friendly and provided us with a lot of help, helping us find parking spaces and assisting our children. We are very, very grateful to him!

Who is visiting Catania go to Salvatore’s place. Location is what you need, close to everything but you are not in the crowed, there are places to eat breakfast, fish, horse meat just near buy, petrol station, grocery store. Aerea is quiet so you can sleep at night. Then it is 5 min. walk to the via Etnea, central street, or Duomo, so no need for public transport. If you are going to the beach like Playa di Catania, you have a bus station also 5 minutes walk. Room is perfect, proper size, super clean, high celing, super comfy double bed. Bathroom is excellent. And then, you have a view of Etna 😁. To sum up, the accommodation is like the best hotel suit but it feels like being at home. Then Salvatore, you can’t wish for a better host. He will be your brother from Catania while you are there, for smart people that is enough to say. Thank you Salvatore and Diana for everething, it was a pleasure.
