Ideally located, direct bus to Venice around 15 minutes, reasonably priced accommodation located in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean and comfy, lift, parking facility. Best food just opposite of accommodation and an excellent pizza shop nearby. Cash machine, public transportation ticket all walking distance. Tram connection to Mestre station and town. Very good location. Close to tram, bus, local market. Conditions consistent with the description. Spacious room. Large bathroom. Apartment and bedding are clean. Only 1 kettle available to guests, no dishes, cutlery, are an inconvenience. I recommend this place. Price appropriate to quality.

The Location is perfect. It is close to the train station and a 2 mins walk to a bus stop where you can go straight to Venice. The host was welcoming and nice and gave us some really useful tips to explore Venice. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The room is actually big and the view is not bad!! It was a good deal!

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!
