The staff are excellent making you feel very welcome. Valet parking in a country that is not car friendly is exceptional. Don't miss the breakfast served to your room or rooftop canapés at sunset. This is by far the best hotel we experienced in Italy. The staff go out of their way to make you fell special and ensure you have a great experience.
