This is such a nice place to stay in. The location is perfect and only 2 minutes walk from the historical centre of Matera. The rooms were clean and modern, the room and bathroom facilities are with top quality. This property was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring both sides of Matera—you can either walk or take a bus to reach the Sassi. Parking is free, and the host, Giuseppe, was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The room was very well equipped, and although we were just two people, the breakfast provided could easily have served four. Everything was spotless, and we were genuinely pleased with our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Unique location and the accomodation itself as being in caves around one of the main attractions. Breathtaking view just a few metres from the hotel. High standard restaurants in the nearby with really worth the money. Tasty breakfast was served by the kind staff.
