We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet. It is a house of Love.

6 mins walk to the center. restaurants and bars are nearby. highly recommend the cafe for breakfast in the neighborhood, Pasticceria. their croissant and pastries are the best in Perugia. the apartment is spacious and luminous. the room is clean. the street is quiet. the bed is very comfortable. very beautiful interior design of the apartment. every detail in the house that shows the anesthetics of the owner. the staff is so helpful. They provided a video that helps us to find the bnb easily. sure we will return to Villa Imbriani and highly recommen to my friends.

    Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
