Great personal service, from initial communication around booking and directions, to face-face when there. Giada was warm, welcoming and so helpful with advice and tips. Breakfast was superb, with local cheeses and lots of fruit. The room was beautiful, with lots of tasteful artistic touches from local artists that made it relaxing and special. Loved the views from my room and the beautiful garden spaces around the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at La Smeralda. The rooms were beautiful and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, especially the homemade cakes and tarts. The staff was absolutely wonderful too - very kind and attentive and always willing to help make our stay the best possible. The location was also perfect - in the town center. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We've felt directly at home at Domus Ilex! Manuela is super friendly and warm, the view is amazing, the breakfast is curated in the little details, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the location is amazing close to the main square of San Pantaleo. :)

Everything, the bed was the comfiest I had all trip! The staff are very lovely and we’re super helpful. Room was very very clean and spacious, the property and location were also great. Would highly recommend. Patrizia in particular was so great to communicate with!

Johnny welcomed us — even though we arrived late in the evening, he was very polite and friendly. He asked us to notify him 40 minutes before our arrival, which we did, and everything went smoothly. He helped us check in and made sure we felt comfortable. Highly appreciated!

    The location is the best, you can walk everywhere in a couple of minutes. The place itself is stunning with many spots to relax and enjoy your stay. Absolutely lovely hosts, always friendly and approachable with great tips for restaurants, beaches and trips. The rooms are spacious with lovely details. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
