The apartment was very clean, cozy and I would say even fancy. However, price was not high compare with other hotels. Beautiful bathroom, nice view from the room to small local street, which makes you feel as you are in the middle of Italians daily life.All needed facilities were there. We had to stay in the room all day, as we came from the hospital and my son told me that he felt as at home♥️So strongly recommend this hotel and it doesn’t matter if you are in Rome for business, holiday or just driving through. In this hotel you will find real soul of Italy.

Everything at the property was amazing and in great condition. The bed was perfect size and super comfortable. The room was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller, as was the bathroom. It was also in a great location - walking distance to all the tourist attractions; a lovely restaurant next door; and taxi bays near by. The wifi was pretty good too. The best thing about the stay was the communication from Viola and Francesca, who have been extremely accomodating since the day I booked my stay - they were easy to contact for any questions or concerns and gave me tips when I needed them!! The check in and check out were super easy which made it all convenient and stress-free. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be back!!

Great location, quiet apartments, very clean and decorated nicely. Hosts were communicative, kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight to catch a flight in the morning. The commute to and from the airport using trains is pretty straight forward from here. If you don't want to drag your luggage, a cab ride between the property and the train station is quick. We would return!

The location directly at Piazza Navona is perfect. The room was very big, especially also the bathroom. Even bigger than it looks on the photos. Very modern, had everything you need (even free minibar that was filled up again every day), very clean, very comfortable bed and the room I had was quiet (it lead to the innercourt, so no view at all but it didn't matter, I knew that from the booking). In the evening, you can order breakfast in an app, chose what you like and also the time and they bring it to your room. The staff (Rona) was absolutely amazing, rarely had such friendly and helpful experience in a hotel. She did everything possible to make the best out of the stay for everybody and also really saved my day with providing a solution when there was a problem with the water. Definitely a recommendation when in Rome.

    I liked the fact that it was conveniently close to Roma Termini, the airport coaches and the hop on hop off coaches. It was also very clean, lovely comfortable bed with white linens, great bathroom and I even had a balcony. Veronica was a great host and staff were very friendly. One staff member even carried my heavy suitcase down the stairs for me on departure, which was above and beyond what I expected.
