What a wonderful stay and great hosts! I needed somewhere that I could relax, walk to places around town to visit, and plus get a little work done. This place checked all the boxes for me. Simple room with comfy bed, private bathroom. Coffee and cornetto each morning just a stroll down the road. Was sorry to leave!

This Villa was perfect for me and my family. The balcony has a perfect view of all the mountains and Tocco da Casauria main town which looks so beautiful at night. Perfect bedrooms with air conditioning in the main location. The host made us feel so welcome that is was very sad to say goodbye. Most beautiful people we had the pleasure to meet. Loved it.

Location and accomodations were perfect. Paolo was kind, attentive and super helpful, even with helping us understand notices about our travel plans the morning when we left. You can't go wrong booking this place. Will definitely be my first choice when I return.
