We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

The room was amazing. Everything is new in this accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and always had hot water straight away. The room has a very clean modern look. I can't forget to mention your host Ilaria, she gave it the human touch of feeling like you were at home, she will give you all the help you need, with which restaurants, bars and pubs to go to and even which vaporetto to take when visiting Murano, Burano etc.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful and a very spacious. Overlooking a beautiful canal and bridge. 1 minute walk to a water taxi / bus. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. A spacious shared area to make food if you would like to.

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.

Perfect location quiet within walking distance of everything especially the water taxi from airport There was a mini fridge and robes slippers. Free drinks on arrival and in fridge and also free breakfast. If you want somewhere very Venetian I would definitely recommend it. You can come and go as you please. It’s more like air Bnb property then an hotel. We loved it. Xxx Exceptionally clean absolutely spotless

Great localisation, good host friendly and helpful, plus 10% discount to a local restaurant with delicious pizza. Clean and tidy apartment, with canal view which we loved. Basics kitchen appliances more then needed for short stay. Highly recommended.

    This may have been the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Our room was tasteful decorated with thoughtful finishing touches. Riccardo is a great host who made us feel welcome and ensured we were settled into our room. We loved the location, and looked forward every evening to relaxing with locals for aperitivos.
