Great location near to the train station and to the city center. Modern and clean room and for sure value for money. The owner was more than helpful and gave clear information about the check in and the parking area that made it very easy for us. We had an amazing time. I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, and the extra pillows made my sleep so comfortable. I also loved the bathroom fragrance – it was such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage. I’d be happy to stay here again when I return to La Spezia.

The stay was perfect! The owner contacted us via WhatsApp after the booking was made. Also day before arrival sent us all the info regarding the check in - codes and gow to get keys - it was super simple. They also send us recommendations for some places around. The place itself has perfect location - less than 10min from bus station. The area felt very safe. The room itself very clean, with air-conditioning and in general it felt more like a hotel than a room in an apartment. The pillow was super comfy but that is always an individual thing :) Definitely we would (will) stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Moreover, the location is great. It’s very close to the train station to go to Cinque Terre and has many restaurants, bars, and shops close by. The service was also excellent and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

I like everything about this place. . She was lovely(forget about her name) She help us very much as we have kids. Can't thank enough for her help. Whenever I will be back here 5 terre I will definitely back here and even my family and friends who coming to visit 5 terre they will definitely come here as well.Highly recommend for people's who looking nice, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay and this place was close to train station as well. Place have AC rooms which i really loved in this hot weather. Overall everything was brilliant. Thanks again to her 🙏
