Staying at Noriko’s place was an exceptional experience because of her warmth, kindness and friendliness. Apart from the room being exactly as shown, it had a gentle peaceful vibe which was what I needed for my stay. The bathroom has a tub which is great for warm bath salt soaks! The owner was so sweet and she is such a warm person ! She also gave us a lot of advices as to how to acces to Mt Takao (it was very close by train). She also proposes to her clients to take them from the station to avoid them walking which I think is super nice !

Very nice hosts, eager to give the best experience to their guests. Exceptional service by picking us up and supporting in handling the narrow driveway. Personally showed us the local Sakura (cherry blossoms) tunnel, which was beautiful!

We spent a very pleasant and comfortable three days in THE FLOW KAMAKURA. The room was very spacious and the location was very convenient. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the nearest station of Enoden.The facilities in the room are very complete, especially the Switch and some toys, which is very suitable for family travel. If we have the opportunity to travel to Kamakura again, I will choose this room again without hesitation.
