We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place with an amazing view. The rooms were lovely, well-equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Such an amazing and lively place. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the house is very clean, with a cool design and a lot of space. Our room was really nice, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful views of the hills. The shared spaces had tons of games, information books about the area and books to share. If I visit the Izu area again, I will definitely stay here. The place already looks cool on the images in booking, but in reallity is even cooler!

This hotel is close to the railway station with just 25 mins walk, and if you want to take the black ship it only takes about 15 mins’ walk. Several restaurants are near and there’s a 711 around, so very convenient. The hotel is equipped with everything you need, and it’s owner is a very kind and helpful lady which understands Chinese.

An extremely well-equipped and friendly guesthouse with nearby parking available. Beautiful location with a beach only minutes away on foot, and easy to access nearby beaches and towns with a car. Comfortable, clean and private with wonderful beds, great showers and kitchen space. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I loved everything! The guest house was extremely clean and the personnel super nice and welcoming! They kept our suitcases for us even after the check-out, and also gave us service nuts for our drinks! The position was amazing, we were in front of a temple and the beach! I will go back for sure!

Excellent location - right next to the Sakura tunnel. You can enjoy it at night and slowly make your way back to the station the next day. It's a Japanese style house so it is very cosy and calming. The cat is also adorable and friendly (though you can't normally touch him) There is air conditioning and we also got a big hot water bottle and it was amazing to cuddle it at night! There was also some spring water(?) available to drink. The owner is able to explain all amenities in English so I didn't have to turn on my Japanese speaking part of my brain. She also gave some recommendations on where to go. Asami is an excellent host 👍 I wish i could come here again.

Pension Yumigahama is set in a residential area, 3 minutes’ walk from curved, sandy Yumigahama Beach. Wi-Fi and parking are free, and fishing equipment is available for rent.

Great location, clean rooms, private onsen baths and an amazing music collection adorning the walls in the communal area. Very quiet village, 2 minutes from the beach. Aoki San very warm and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!!
