We arrived in Tamga a day earlier than planned. Farida and Abdybek were happy to accomodate a last minute booking. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the garden. Not much English was spoken but our hosts made a big effort to use Google translate and it was fine to communicate. The family made us feel welcome, and after an excellent breakfast the next day, Abdybek drove us to see the waterfall!

Great value guesthouse with good kitchen facilities and lovely garden to hang out in. Kate was really helpful during our stay with recommendations for places to go and how to get there. She even walked us to the bus stop!

Beautiful, clean property on a hill overlooking Issyk Kul. Cholpon is such a kind woman and an amazing cook. She helped us arrange transportation, cooked for us morning and evening, cleaned the facilities daily and was always so warm and generous. We had such a great time.
