The place felt very homey. Although it was a very central location, it was not too loud at night, rather peaceful. The subway station was basically right outside the door. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. As a female student solo traveler, this was a 10/10 experience and would 100% recommend it. I‘m coming back for sure :)

- The location is very close to the metro station (Dongdaemun). With a luggage you can use the elevator at exit.9, or without luggage after getting out of exit.10, go straight and turn right at the very first lane (which is right now next to a lotto shop). Then you'll see a cafe at the right hand side and then HAH Guesthouse is just next to it! - The hosts are very nice and are willing to help you, even if they're not very good at English. I stayed in a double room and everything is well cleaned. You can also use the laundry for free.

The house was really good location not in centre of city but very close so not noisy and easy access to city. The house was so easy to locate and had all the amenities that was needed for the stay. Owner was super responsive and answered all questions politely and as needed.

We spent a week as guests in this amazing hanok, and everything was just perfect. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the detailed instructions provided in advance. The host also helped us figure out the best transportation options before we arrived, which was a huge plus. Their hospitality and communication were exceptional - we truly felt welcomed. The hanok was ideally located for us: just a 5-minute walk to the blue subway line and buses, but away from the noisy tourist spots. The neighborhood felt authentic, filled with cozy local restaurants, bars, bakeries, convenience stores , and of course, an Olive Young nearby. The apartment itself was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials and toiletries. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful guy at the reception, told and showed everything in great English. In the evening you can go out on the roof and sit there with a cup of tea. The location is great, there are many cafes, shops, the metro is two steps away, we are delighted.
