right on the pekoetrail for an easy start in the morning. Prosper the owner is a fellow trecker/fan of nepal so we spent the majority of the evening talking about trecking and other things. felt like I was couchsurfing even though it's on booking.

We found this place to stay on the 3rd stage of the Pekoe Trail. It is run by a young couple who said they started running it about three months ago. They were both very friendly and prepared the food we requested very tasty. The room had everything we needed for a normal room. With a beautiful mountain view.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted not just as guests, but truly as friends. The warmth and hospitality of Sudesh’s family made this one of the most memorable stays of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious – all home-cooked meals prepared with love by the owner’s family, and every bite felt like a taste of authentic Sri Lankan home life. The guesthouse is located a little outside the busy town of Kandy, which turned out to be a big plus – peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!), and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and heartwarming stay in Kandy!

Nita and her mother are so friendly, they made us feel like staying at home. we had a cooking night together, and we made the transitional sri lankan dish (they were sooo yummy, especially the 7 veggies curry) and coconut rotis. Nita’s daughter is very supportive when we need some help for communication. we really enjoy our stay!!!;) thank you Nita for the great hospitality!! oh, the view from the room is so nice, and the breakfast was so delicious too! ;)

It is a jewel! A secret garden not far from Kandy’s City Center. Beautiful villa full of flowers designed in the way you feel like you are living in a jungle with charming little swimming pool in the middle , rooms are so beautiful! Full of colorful artifacts , masks and other symbols connected to Sri Lanka, very cosy bathroom (shower). If that wasn’t enough owner is most wonderful, most friendly most kind person in Sri Lanka , he was so helpful , guided us with everything, gave us really useful tips about what and when to see , where to go , possibilities of our journey , recommended nice cheap place to eat. This the best place to stay in Kandy!
