Luxury interior, great, big bedrooms. Theres a big kitchen, with dining table for 8 people with modern living room. On 2nd floor are bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms and one shared living room where we watched netflix before sleep. You can chose breakfast (Sri Lankan or western), both are awesome. House is in quiet part of Colombo, 10km from city centre, 3km from beach. There is also 24h guard in front of complex so bothing to worry about safety.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.

Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy.     Secluded studio cottage with a separate kitchen and bathroom and an open veranda overlooking a lush garden with many birds and butterflies flitting about and with pet tortoises. Lovely hostess Janitha and room boy Seelan, who kept the cottage spotless, made us super breakfasts and gave us good advice on what to do.
