This is my honest opinion. I was in many guest houses and hotels. So, this is one of the best guest house to stay. Very clam ful. Staff best. It is worth the money. Superb. Thank you mister ....( I don't know his name). Highly recommended. ( Also, the bathroom is very clean. The bed is comfortable.)

A true gem! This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The interior design is absolutely stunning. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, reflects a perfect balance between modern comfort and timeless local charm. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every time we visit Colombo, we stay here. Mohanlal is a wonderful host who takes great care of his guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The beautiful river view makes it even more special. We are always happy to come back!

I stayed 4 nights at Jay’s Guest and absolutely loved it! The room and kitchen were super clean, and the whole place felt like home. It’s perfect if you want to cook your own meals or do laundry during your stay. If the location works for you, I’d definitely recommend it.
