Perfect location. Quiet, easy to find and a view of the lake out of this world. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Super confi beds, perfect place to stay for a few nights in Queenstown.

What an amazing location, room and hosts. We had a double room (with a very comfortable bed and blockout curtains) (classed as a 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was locked but we didn't need it). It included free fast wifi, a private bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower, kitchen with a 2 burner cook top, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, frypan and pots, kettle, coffee plunger with ground coffee and tea bags. The views from the room and property are wonderful. Set against the grape vines of neighbouring properties with hills in the background. There is outdoor seating and tables for you to enjoy the surrounds while you eat your free generous continental breakfast. Only 15 - 20 minutes from Frankston (Queenstown) in a quiet rural location. We would highly recommend this property. Arjun, in an earlier review, said that there were cameras in the room. We saw none, only smoke detectors. Google Maps was very accurate in getting us to our accommodation. We used the oil heater every night, and it was much appreciated. The bed has an electric blanket, but we didn't use it.

Beautiful location. Had the room with the mountain view, can recommend that to everyone waking up was like an miracle with such view. House very clean, new and modern. Room very clean, toilet and shower olso very clean. Little basket of sweets as welcome gift. Nice host. The best accommodation in new zealand of my 21 day roadtrip.

My booking was last minute due to cancel flight and arriving in Queenstown very late. I was able to get Accommodation at a reasonable price at the last minute. The lovely host came and met me in the rain to let me in.

Located in Queenstown and only 13 km from Queenstown Event Centre, Tussock Cottage provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

A beautifully appointed cottage in a stunning location. What a superb alternative to the traffic and busy footpaths of Queenstown. The brand new Ayrburn resort with restaurants and bars, cafes is within walking distance but not close enough to cause any disturbance here. Jaap your host is on hand to offer advice and make sure you have all you need. A fabulous find.
