The building was a restored historic property. Everything was done in excellent taste keeping with the heritage of the area. But we had an induction cooktop instead of a wood fire which was a welcome touch of 21st century luxury. There are so many activities nearby it is difficult to choose the best. We did an 18km walk along the Clutha River almost to Alexandra. Do yourself a favour and spend a few days in this amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay in Gibbston. The apartment was very clean, new, big and equipped with everything we needed. The nature around is just great. The hosts are super friendly and will help wherever it is needed. Very easy Check-In and Check-Out. Thanks for everything!
