From the very beginning our host Haroun was generous with his time and accomodating our request for an extra two days. This was a last minute change to our trip and it was amazing how quick his response time was. The quant fishing village of Qantab is a place which feels like the Mediterranean in the Middle East. The village has a supermarket for most of your needs and is still very close and accessible to Muscat. The room itself was clean with all electronics and airconditioning working perfectly. It was easily one of our best stays this year and I would recommend it without hesitation to all. The only point to note would be to have a vehicle to get around.

The kindness of the owner, price quality, the luxiourous homestay etc. I can name a lot more positive aspects about this homestay. We landed in Muscat airport at 05:00 AM. We didn’t wanted to sleep in the airport so I saw this online and booked it. We we’re all tired and we’re praying that the owner would let us in around 06;00 AM. We called the owner once we’ve had arrived and from that moment, the stay was amazing. We recommend this stay to everyone!

Excellent service from Saeed who managed the property, he is attentive, helpful and provides excellent hospitality. The accommodation is affordable, the location is excellent, the accommodation is clean and has everything that one needs, great options for solo and couples either for leisure or work.

Everything is great. The location is great. It's in the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's one kilometer from the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and there's no odor. The landlord is very nice, warm and friendly. There's a kitchen available, and three toilets are very convenient. Other guests are not noisy at all. Everything is very good, perfect.

Really enjoyed my stay at Lana Villa. The two ladies who run things day to day are so lovely and helpful, they prepared breakfast early when requested due to a trip I'd booked, let me use their iron, and offered to store my luggage for me after I checked out. The omelettes were great too! The owner Oliver is also very nice and always introduced himself to guests, and offered tips for travelling in Oman. The villa itself has some nice shared spaces such as the roof terrace and the main lounge downstairs, with books and travel guides. There's also a shared fridge for guests to keep things in which was useful. Overall a great stay and good location, about 10 minutes from the airport by taxi.
